Pierce is about 45.8 miles north of Brighton. That is outside our day-to-day radius, so we schedule work here in blocks rather than one visit at a time, and we are straight with you about the calendar before anything is booked. Larger projects travel better than small ones.
Pierce is a community of roughly 1,097 residents, and Pierce sits in Weld County. Pierce sits along US-85 north of Ault, at about 5,040 feet. There is open ground on most sides and very little natural shade or windbreak: lawns dry out from the edges in, irrigation coverage matters more than irrigation volume, and a patio or driveway takes sun and wind from every direction.
Below is what Pierce's own offices and water provider publish about permits, watering and backflow testing for the kind of work we do, checked October 13, 2026, with a link to each source.
Town of Pierce (permitting run for the Town by SAFEbuilt). The Town issues building permits (applications through CommunityCore), with permitting run for the Town by SAFEbuilt; inspections are booked with SAFEbuilt at 970-674-1036.

Under Resolution 2026-05 (adopted April 13, 2026), any excavation, construction, installation or other work in the Town's public right-of-way needs a right-of-way permit from the Town Clerk, filed at least 24 hours before work, with a $175 standard fee, a performance or cash bond, and liability insurance naming the Town. Permittees must call 811, give Public Works two business days' notice, and restore any disturbed sidewalks, curbs, gutters and landscaping.

Watering rules change with drought stages and seasons. These are the rules the water provider published as of October 13, 2026; check the linked page before you seed, sod or change a sprinkler schedule.

Concrete driveways, walkways, patios and repairs (concrete), new lawns and lawn repairs (sod installation), sprinkler repair and winterization (sprinkler repair), plus xeriscape and retaining walls, kitchen, bath and basement remodeling, flooring and interior painting. A job that spans more than one of those is still one crew and one point of contact.

At about 5,040 feet, the Front Range gives a reasonably long season for concrete and landscape work, though the shoulder months swing hard. Interior work - remodeling, flooring, painting - runs year round, and winter is usually the easiest time to get it scheduled.
We work throughout these neighbouring communities as well: Ault (3.6 mi), Nunn (5.1 mi), Eaton (8.5 mi). The full list is on our service area page.
